Here's my talent. Singing! I need a bit of practice in recording myself, because I get nervous when I do and I somehow mess up. :))

My Talent Is...

Hey, hey! I bet you're wondering. If my friend 'My''s talent is to write poems, what is my talent? Well, I'm not really someone who is very open to others, but I'll share it someday. Let us make that someday TODAY! :D

Other than myself being a music lover, I sing and make music. I come from a musically inclined family. When my cousins and I get together, we would always have a jamming session. This was also something routinal for our parents and their relatives. We would all enjoy singing with different voices and learn new songs together.

Random Thoughts About Life # 4

Sometimes, we have to give up wonderful things

Just to make everything alright.

We discretely put ourselves in pain

For somebody else to smile.

We cry

To fill in for the tears of others.

We drain ourselves

To fill someone's emptiness,

And there are times when

We have to give up our own happiness

To share others' burden;

With all these actions,

It's something we can call "love".

Life in this world is the hardest course we will ever take.

It can be only taken once.

No reviews, no Masters degree, no Doctoral degree.

We don't have any other Dean but God,

And once we have graduated

We are done and gone.

Only then can eternity tell our rating.

'Ni': What to expect in this blog

IT IS WHAT IT IS!

This may seem a bit straight forward, but this is all I could start with.

I plan to use this blog to help my fellows and I to share our talents with others. For us to feel at ease when posting on this blog, we won't be posting our real names (unless we would like to do so) for privacy reasons. Thus, we'll only be using acronyms, nicknames or a letter or two.

Why is the name "Currently in Progress..."?

'Twas a rainy day when my friend 'My' just started blurting out some words she thought of. At first she was really being poetic, but then I told her that she should put those beautiful words into writing instead. She was hesitant, but then she gave in to the idea when she saw a pen and pad paper. She would write her thoughts onto the paper and she would ask me to check the grammar. Despite the fact that she's not very good in English, her writings were very much poetic. So, I told her that I'm putting up this blog to share her talent. :)

Well, not only her talent, but others' talent/s as well. <3
